Market Metrics is one of the leading market research firms focusing exclusively on advisor-sold investments and insurance worldwide. We collect information through our website as well as through our surveys and when you make requests for information about our services or other inquiries. This information includes “personally identifiable information” such as your name, email address, residential or work address and information about your work (company, job title, etc.). We may also seek other personally and non-personally identifiable information from you or where such information is otherwise publicly available.
If you visit our website, we may collect other “non-personally identifiable information” such as your IP address, the website you last visited and other similar information automatically received from your web browser.

2.                 How We Use Your Information

Generally, Market Metrics uses personally-identifiable information for the purpose of contacting and communicating with individuals for participation in a survey and conducting and analyzing the results of our research. 4.                 Data Security.

Market Metrics is committed to protecting the security and integrity of personally-identifiable information in its possession. Market Metrics maintains commercially reasonable technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect and secure personally-identifiable information from unauthorized disclosure to, and/or use and/or access by, a third party or third parties.

 

Market Metrics’ internal databases that contain personally-identifiable information are password protected and Market Metrics limits access to such databases to only those Market Metrics employees and/or agents with a “need-to-know” such personally-identifiable information.

Additionally, Market Metrics’ employees and/or agents are bound by, and agree to comply with, confidentiality obligations and requirements.

In the event that a Market Metrics’ employee violates his or her confidentiality obligations and restrictions, the employee will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. In the event that an agent of Market Metrics violates its confidentiality obligations and restrictions, Market Metrics may terminate the relationship between Market Metrics and the agent.
